Conference Suites

The welcoming “community feel” of The Park makes it a very pleasant environment to hold both professional and community events. We’re near to the City centre with bus, rail and air links close by and there is ample off road car parking.

We can accommodate a wide range of functions, from a meeting of two or three people through to a conference or performance of up to 150 people.

All necessary conference equipment such as OHP’S, Projectors, Flip charts etc. can be provided at no extra charge.

Excellent catering facilites are available on site from our on site Cafè for any function. Buffets can also be arranged at reasonable rates.

Conference room 1

 

Situated on the first floor, Conference room 1 can accommodate 25 people. The room is bright and has a kitchen area and whiteboard.

Conference room 2

Situated on the first floor and known as "The Library", Conference room 2 can accommodate 25 people. It has internet access and two whiteboards.

Conference room 3

Situated on the first floor, Conference room 3 can accomodate 20 people. The room has a small Kitchen area and whiteboard.

Conference room 4

Situated on the ground floor, Conference room3 can accomodate 25 people. The room has a whiteboard and Interactive whiteboard, kitchen area and internet access.

Cost of hiring a Conference room - £15.00 per hour.

The Main Hall

Located at the rear of the site, the Main Hall can accommodate up to 150 people and is an ideal venue for job fairs, training events, shows, open days, fitness classes and sporting activities. The Park offers access to PA systems, Projectors and screens, internet access, theatre lighting options and the stage area when the Hall is hired.

Cost of hiring the Main Hall - From £20.00 per hour.

Meeting rooms

We also offer a number of smaller meeting rooms ideal for contact supervision, counselling and one-to-one meetings.

Cost of hiring a meeting room - £7.50 per hour.
